Jasmine Bridge Recruitment

Jasmine Bridge Recruitment was founded in Tunis in 2016 by a small team of nurses and HR professionals who had worked in Tunisia and abroad. We saw how many talented Tunisian healthcare workers wanted to build a career in Europe, and how often they were let down by vague promises and hidden fees. We set out to do things differently: honest information, no fees for candidates and personal support at every step.

Since 2021 we have worked in partnership with JCL Holdings Ltd, a healthcare staffing company in Malta that places nurses, carers, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and kitchen and domestic staff in hospitals and care homes across Malta and Gozo. Together we recruit, prepare and accompany Tunisian professionals from their first interview in Tunis to their first shift in Malta.
