Privacy policy

Jasmine Bridge Recruitment (we, us) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us when you use this website or apply for a job.

Data we collect: your name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, passport details, photograph, CV, qualifications, professional licences, work history, references and language skills. For some roles we may also ask for a medical fitness certificate and a criminal record certificate (Bulletin No. 3).

Why we use it: to assess your application, arrange interviews, match you with vacancies at JCL Holdings Ltd in Malta, and prepare your employment and permit documents.

Who we share it with: JCL Holdings Ltd, our partner employer in Malta, and, only where needed for your permit, registration or recognition of qualifications, the Maltese authorities, including Identità, Jobsplus and the relevant professional regulators. We never sell your data.

International transfer: your data is transferred to Malta, a European Union country, where it is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your data in line with the GDPR and Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.

How long we keep it: while your application is active and for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights: you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to Tunisia's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) or to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
